We don’t shout, stamp our feet or display anger (egos not allowed)
We are doing a job, together with our client contact, presenters, talent, suppliers, freelancers etc. We are as one. No divisions
The safety of everyone is front of mind, all the time
We do this to make profit (but if it costs us a little more to do it right, we do it right)
Every job is new and gets a full creative treatment (but if it is right to re­use an idea then we re­use an idea)
Above all it has to work for the audience and the client
We don’t do it for awards or accolades
We work hard individually, but we look out for each other
We are passionate about what we do
